NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 08/13/2026By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service. Please make sure you understand everything before placing an order. I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refuse a commission at any time if I feel the request is outside my boundaries or something I cannot reasonably complete.PAYMENTS
1. Payment must be sent UPFRONT BEFORE the sketch is completed, or 50% half of the payment after sketch completion.
2. Your commission will not officially begin until payment has been received.
3. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the product commence.
4. The work on the product will not begin until payment has been received.
5. I ONLY take Paypal , Cashapp , Ko-fi , and Venmo. Any other payment methods will not be accepted.PRODUCT DELIVERY
6. The product will be delivered digitally to the client on the same platform you contacted me on, after the final payment has been received by me.
7. I cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of me.
8. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by me.REVISIONS
9. You have the right to request changes to the art in the sketching phase.
10. You have the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye color or fixing a small detail without any fees. Any requests above that, will require a prior mutual agreement and may result with an additional fee.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
11. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.
12. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.
13. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller's USD account is equal to the invoice amount in Customer’s currency.REFUND POLICY
14. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within four months. There is no refunds after the sketch completion, excluding interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident , etc
15. Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a respectful, fast and responsive manner. Lack of proper communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
16. Any product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by me. This will require a separate agreement between you and I, depending on the context, may result in an additional fee.You do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, or cryptocurrency.In addition, You do not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
17. I have every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
18. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. I will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.I want the commission process to be comfortable and enjoyable for both of us. ♡BY COMMISSIONING ME
